Cancellation Policy

Plans change. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work at Mvorife, so you know what to expect before you book.

01Cancellation windows

Cancellation terms depend on how far in advance you cancel relative to your arrival date:

  • More than 72 hours before arrival: Full refund of any deposit. No charge.
  • Within 72 hours of arrival: The first night is charged to the card on file. Remaining nights are refunded.
  • After check-in: See "Early departure" below.

All times are based on the local time zone of the resort.

02How to cancel

To cancel a reservation, contact the front desk by email or phone using the details at the bottom of this page. Please include your reservation number and the name on the booking. Cancellations are confirmed by email.

If you booked through a third-party platform, you may need to cancel through that platform. We will assist where we can, but the platform's own terms may apply.

03Refund timing

Refunds are processed within five business days of cancellation. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control.

04No-shows

If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and have not contacted us, the reservation is treated as a no-show. The first night is charged, and the remaining nights are released. No refund is due for the first night.

05Early departure

If you check out before your scheduled departure date, the remaining nights are charged at the nightly rate up to a maximum of one additional night. After that, the remaining nights are released without charge.

06Force majeure

If circumstances beyond reasonable control — severe weather, natural events, or official restrictions — prevent you from travelling or us from operating, we will offer a full refund or the option to rebook without charge. Contact us as soon as you are able.

07Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current version. A reservation made before a change takes effect is governed by the policy in force at the time of booking.
